SINGLE PREMIERE: Echo Drama - Insanity

Premiering today on theMusic.com.au, you can feel the drama with the release of Echo Drama’s new single Insanity.

A large group with a large sound, it’s obvious the band has something important to say the moment the tracks opens with those distorted horns.

Known for their signature amalgamation of reggae, hiphop, rock and dub, vocalist Thando Sikwila explains that the “song explores how people are so fixated with self-preservation and tend to turn a blind eye to bad things that happen because they’re not affected by them”.

With a commanding presence, Alex ‘Sinks’ Sinclair’s verses are full of hard-hitting commentary on the world and confronting what being a human really means.

Insanity will be launched at The Workers Club in Melbourne on 26 July. Drummer Jeremy Schiftan is looking forward to getting back on the stage and tells fans to expect a “slick, well-rehearsed high impact performance”.
