SINGLE PREMIERE: Diger Rokwell - All Time Glow (Ft. Mathas)

West Australian multi-instrumentalist and The Community co-founder Diger Rokwell is closing out 2016 the right way, unveiling downright drinkable new single All Time Glow (featuring acclaimed contemporary Mathas) for premiere on theMusic.com.au today.

The track takes its sonic influences from a trip to Japan that Rokwell took last year, its sounds and style flowing out so naturally that he was able to complete it in a day, with absolutely no indication that it came together so quickly. Rather, the song is a typically polished and meticulously crafted affair, samples and layers filling out its laid-back soundscape and keeping a steady pace as Rokwell and Mathas lay down smooth rhymes and melodies throughout.

Rokwell has remained a steady presence of the Perth live scene this year, travelling east to Brisbane in September to showcase at BIGSOUND Festival. His performances are renowned for being eclectic, effective displays of prodigious musicianship, though those talents are on obvious display even on record.

All Time Glow (ft. Mathas) will be released on Diger Rokwell's Bandcamp page from tomorrow, 28 October.
