Single title? Black Hole

What's the song about? When someone has done wrong by you. Getting dragged to a dark place, no sunshine just a black hole.

How long did it take to write/record? Black Hole came together pretty quickly. It was written during a period when we were looking for a new singer, the lyrics wrote themselves and when Tenille [Rogers] came along — she made the song her own.

Is this track from a forthcoming release/existing release? From our next album titled Aurora, this song is one of ten tracks we have just recorded at Damien Gerard Sound Studios in Balmain with the album set for release in July.

What was inspiring you during the song's writing and recording? Obvious things like love, lust, loss. Also the current state of world politics had an influence.

We'll like this song if we like... Stoner rock and blues and a band that play rock'n'roll the way it's meant to be played.

Do you play it differently live? We generally play songs the way it sounds on the recording, although Tenille, our singer, has an amazing vocal range, so she always surprises us with her live performance.

When and where is your launch/next gig? 31 Mar, Bald Faced Stag; 8 Apr, Lass O'Gowrie; 21  Apr, Town Hall Hotel
