Single title? Edge Of Nowhere
What's the song about? It's about facing your wolves and fears, embracing the highs and lows of life and finding your way through it.
How long did it take to write/record? It came together within a couple of writing sessions. It was the product of a few different ideas that ended up flowing really well together. Recorded with the rest of the EP over six days.
Is this track from a forthcoming release/existing release? Edge Of Nowhere is the first single from our forthcoming debut EP.
What was inspiring you during the song's writing and recording? We wanted to write a cohesive collection of songs with a unique and honest sound, that hopefully people would be able to connect with and relate to.
We'll like this song if we like... bands like Jinja Safari, Mumford & Sons, Coldplay. Anything with driving rhythms and catchy hooks.
Do you play it differently live? There are no huge differences. We approach recording with the mindset of capturing the same energy and conviction that we feel when we play the song live.
When and where is your launch/next gig? Our EP launch is scheduled for May 28 at Babushka in Leederville.
