Single title? That Girl
What's the song about? That Girl is about that person you hate to love and plays on the similarities between bad love and cigarettes.
How long did it take to write/record? One night of inspiration for the basic music and lyrics. A few rehearsals to get it tight with the band. One day of full recording with Andrew Lawson.
Is this track from a forthcoming release/existing release? That Girl - Is our first ever release. Our debut. Our premiere. The First Official sound of Mt. Cleverest. It will be a part of an EP we plan to release early 2018.
What was inspiring you during the song's writing and recording? I  had my heart broken at GTM a couple days beforehand. Was on a Maccas run, smoking a cigarette, when the hook just appeared in my head. The rest flowed naturally, almost wrote itself.

Do you play it differently live? Not a bit.
When and where is your launch/next gigs? Our next launch is our debut That Girl single release and launch on 19 May at Jack Rabbit Slim's.
