What's the song about? Individuality. Nonconformity. Not allowing the expectations of others shape how you express yourself.

How long did it take to write/record? The writing side didn't take too long. But with that said I ended up rewriting a bunch of the lyrics during the recording process, including the chorus that I rewrote eight times. :/

Is this track from a forthcoming release/existing release? It's for my album Seven Mirrors that is set for release in the next six months.

What was inspiring you during the song's writing and recording? My ex-girlfriend was probably my biggest inspiration with the album. In a positive way. Not in a 'you fucked up life and I hate you and everyone you know' way ;)

We'll like this song if we like... My earlier stuff? No that's a lie... The Beatles? The Hilltop Hoods? The Beach Boys? Thich Nhat Hanh?

Do you play it differently live? Noooooo.

When and where is your launch/next gig?

QLD: 6 Aug, The Triffid.

NSW: 7 Aug, Metro Theatre.

VIC: 8 Aug, Corner Hotel.
