Single title? Young At Heart
What's the song about? The lyrics are almost like an affirmation for me: keep moving forward and believing in your journey.
How long did it take to write/record? The song came together in two parts starting with the chorus, which was the first thing that came to me when I picked up my guitar. Then the verse wrote itself within minutes.
Is this track from a forthcoming release/existing release? Young At Heart is the first single from the album In A Moment Of Chaos due out later in 2016.
What was inspiring you during the song's writing and recording? The open road and performing, I had a real sense of freedom of what was to come both personally and musically. It was about rediscovering myself again.
We'll like this song if we like... It's a great song to drive to. A really good companion to have while your travelling.

Do you play it differently live? With the band we change it a little bit live by reintroducing the intro riff at the end of the song to give it a really uplifting finish.
When and where is your launch/next gig? I will be playing solo at Wesley Anne in Northcote on Friday, 25 Mar.
