What's the song about? Holiday is about trying to escape the real world when it isn’t letting you get away.
How long did it take to write/record? The album was written over the last two years but recorded over two days at Oakland Studios (Shannon Noll) with Beau McKee.
Is this track from a forthcoming release/existing release? The track will feature on our debut self-titled LP out later this year!
What was inspiring you during the song's writing and recording? Dealing with a break-up. With social media and knowing too much, it can be impossible to get over someone when surrounded by constant reminders of them. Like the freedom of a holiday with no sun.
We'll like this song if we like... Ice cream, holidays, alcohol and Happy Gilmore.
Do you play it differently live? The whole album was written and recorded live to capture our stage shows.
When and where is your launch/next gig? The Grace Darling Hotel on Thursday, 22 September supported by close friends The Attention Seekers and Art Vanderlay.
