Single title? Holding On

What's the song about? About that point in life where everything has gone wrong; you're holding onto even the smallest pieces of sanity.

How long did it take to write/record? It only took a week to write, but when we recorded it we completely revamped it with new lyrics and different sounds that we explored.

Is this track from a forthcoming release/existing release? It's from our upcoming debut album being released later this year. We're all really pumped to get out there and let people have a listen.

What was inspiring you during the song's writing and recording? Writing the song I was definitely in a confused head space, but when it came to the recording it was a lot more calculated to get the sound we wanted.

We'll like this song if we like... Chet Faker, Gorillaz, Broken Bells.

Do you play it differently live? It doesnt change too much to the recording; we changed some synth lines to guitar parts to play live and the dynamic changes, but nothing too drastic.

When and where is your launch/next gig? VIC: 4 Sep, Northcote Social Club.

NSW: 12 Sep, Newtown Social Club.
