It's that time you've all been waiting for, the day we reveal who will be the special guests at the PURPLE SNEAKERS and Red Bull No Noise Nightclub on this year's Big Day Out tour.

So far we've let you know about every DJ and act that is playing in each city. You'll be treated to sets by TYLER TOUCHE, DZ DEATHRAYS, COSMO'S MIDNIGHT, INDIAN SUMMER, PURPLE SNEAKERS DJS and so many more fantastic producers, but we also had a secret that we are now ready to reveal.

Having secret guests on a fantastic tour like this is always fun because we get to keep the fun to ourselves for a little while, but of course there is no greater joy than revealing a huge secret. Are you ready people?

Just announced, the SUPER SPECIAL GUESTS are Future Classic beach-guy-wunderkind L D R U, and we are mega proud to be able to again host those lads who we put on at our parties way back before they were superstars - RUFUS, performing under their DJ moniker SUFUR.

The Red Bull No Noise Nightclub will be an awesome place for everyone to hide from the sun whilst also listening to music from some of the best producers and DJs that Australia has to offer. With all of the fresh new music pumping through your headphones, the Red Bull No Noise Nightclub is an awesome add on to the fantastic events already in place at the Big Day Out festival.

With ARCADE FIRE, FLOSSTRADAMUS, DILLON FRANCIS & MAJOR LAZER leading a mountain of fresh talent from around the globe, Big Day Out 2014 is going to be huge!
