What does your store specialise in? New vinyl, local release CDs, turntable calibration and repairs, new turntables, and all vinyl related accessories — brushes, sleeves, cartridges, styli, etc. We have access to over 90,000 titles on vinyl and order requests!
What's on high rotation on the store stereo at the moment and why? Lou Doillon, 'cos she is brilliant! And Sonic Youth's new remastered vinyl editions sound amazing! Nick Waterhouse, Leon Bridges.
What does a record store offer that clicking or tapping a button can't? Service with a smile! Advice on products, anything! Passion for vinyl!
Despite declines in other areas of the industry, vinyl is seeing an increase in sales. Why do you think that is? Because sound quality is better! A tangible tactile medium, aesthetically pleasing!
What have you got planned on Record Store Day (including any sweet exclusives you'll have)? Many interesting coloured, numbered, and rare releases. Joanna Lee Hull playing live at 10.30am, and the incredible Georgia Rodgers at 2pm!
