Wish Love Song Dedications were hosted by Thom Yorke? It's your lucky day. Our Late Night Red Wine RDIO playlist is exactly that.
It's winter, and that means one thing: time to make yourself warm and comfortable and drink wine.Okay, confession time: the always-classy Hannah Story made this playlist, and she is significantly more well-versed in sipping on a glass of red wine indoors with friends when she wants company; perhaps by herself at a great oak desk when she doesn't. In contrast, I exclusively drink Fruity Lexia in parks and scream at possums because possums are freaky-looking. Sometimes I have friends with me when I do this.
Regardless of our differences, she's done an excellent job of hand-picking and compiling these songs, which go down well with late nights and dim lighting. This is pretty much the quintessential indie kid's Love Song Dedications (minus the soothing baritone of Richard Mercer).
So check it out below (or click through to RDIO) and shed a tear or two thousand as you reflect upon the moments that defined your life: the soaring highs when you felt loved, and the crushing lows when you didn't.
