Having premiered Project Montreal's single, Colours, back in January, the alt pop outfit have a special behind-the-scenes video to showcase from their time recording in Prague with the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra.
Check out what it was like being in studio with Ryan Wyatt and producer Jose McLaughlin, as they talk about their techniques, concept and working with someone like Van Dyke Parks.
As a bonus, Wyatt has also dished up some interesting facts about the recording process.
"Picasso's idea of Cubism as well as opposing ideas to shock was a big part of the record musically. I remember seeing Olivier Ratsi's work throughout the writing and recording process in magazines and online and thinking how great it fitted the music.
