Spend your Australia Day break at Great Australian Bites at South Bank Parklands' River Quay. From Saturday 23 to Tuesday 26 Jan, the site will be filled with food and drink offerings from local culinary leaders showcasing the best in Queensland ingredients.
There'll be taster plates, drinks, live entertainment, local artists and more.
Great Australian Bites will end with a literal bang with fireworks lighting up the Brisbane city skyline on Australia Day from 7.30pm.
The event will be on from 11am—9pm on Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday; and 4—9pm on Monday. Great Australian Bites will also be held in Airlie Beach and Port Douglas for the first time this year.
