More One Day More One Day

Venerated Aussie hip hop crew One Day are approaching the final dates of their Many Hands tour, with just a few shows remaining before they wrap up with their spots on the Groovin The Moo festival.

It seems as apt a time as any, then, for the group to release the new reflective clip for their appropriate track History, featuring the photography of The Music snapper Cole Bennetts, who has been shadowing the band during their past year of touring and spending his time capturing candid and crazy moments from their travels all over the country with the kind of style and flair those who know Bennetts' work are well familiar with.

"I've spent nearly 12 months following One Day around the country on their tours and One Day Sundays, and this is the culmination of my work with them," Bennetts said. "It's been a hell of a ride!"

Directed by Bliss N Eso's VJ Spook, the clip also features live footage shot by James Bullock, Dan Bolt and Gisella Vollmer, as well as by Nick Palin and Dennis Vollmer, who also edited the clip, with Palin also providing its motion graphics.

Bennetts recently contributed to Horrorshow's visual road diary for theMusic.com.au — check out the spread of his shots from the group's appearance in Bulli.

One Day next perform at Brisbane's Woolly Mammoth tomorrow, 17 April, with follow-up shows in Sydney and Melbourne ahead of their Groovin The Moo stint.
