On The Menu: Zoo Twilights

Melbourne Zoo's Twilights series is back on again, and they've announced what you can nosh on while enjoying the sounds and surrounds from the comfort of your own picnic blanket.

The Tastes Of Twilights features food vans bringing Japanese, Indian and American flavours. Van Japan offers gyoza, Osaka street food and Japanese fried chicken, as well as hot dogs and chips. At Curry Hut you can order a range of curries (including vego and gluten-free options), corn fritters and pappadums. And United Snacks Of USA is serving up spicy wings, burgers, nachos and po' boys. To wash it all down, grab a cocktail from Wild Dogs Cafe, or a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from the food vendors.

If you're more into the idea of picnicking a little more traditionally, you can BYO food (no alcohol or glass, though) or even easier, pre-order a food hamper when you buy your gig tix.
