What specials do you have on for Oktoberfest? Three-day event with European food, beverage and culture (16 -18 Oct). German Club authentic half litre stein buyers get to keep the stein and it's filled with the German tap beer of your choice for $20; refills are $10. Sunday is 'kids eat free' day.
What's the one beer you'd recommend someone try during Oktoberfest and why? DAB Lager is our biggest seller, however this year we have a Pilsner Radeberger, mid-strength beer Tucher, dark beer Kostritzer and a light fruity option called Schofferhofer Grapefruit beer, which will be a massive hit in warm weather.

What food from your menu would you recommend ordering to accompany your Oktoberfest brews? All the traditional German meals, schnitzels, bratwurst sausages, but the big favourite and massive challenge is our Eisbein, which is a half kilo pork knuckle people go crazy for! We also have German cakes, waffles and of course pretzels!
Why should people visit your venue during Oktoberfest? We know how to throw a real Oktoberfest!
Do you have any special events or entertainment happening for Oktoberfest? The whole event has something going on, non-stop, from traditional oom-pah-pah German bands to soloists, German dance groups, polish dancers, local dance groups, markets, and rides and entertainment for kids.
What's the best thing about Oktoberfest? Almost every one of the 5,000+ people who attend come dressed in traditional German clothing to fit the part of Oktoberfest. It's so good to see such a mixed demographic of people all coming together to enjoy this annual event.
Why is October a good month to celebrate beer? Oktoberfest is traditionally celebrated in September in Germany, however we have created our version in October, just as it is warming up for summer — the weather is perfect for such an event!
Do you take part in any Oktoberfest traditions/customs? If so, what? Yes, we are a traditional German club and Oktoberfest is our time of the year to celebrate and share German cultures, heritage, food and beverages with everyone — and people love it!
