What will be special about spending NYE at your venue? The best view on the harbour! Direct view of the Sydney fireworks in the beautiful Botanic Gardens, with five-star catering from the Shangri-La Hotel and lots of space to spread out, relax and enjoy a stress-free NYE.
What is your fondest NYE memory? Every year they light up the Sydney sky with the fireworks, they all blur into one, but seeing the fireworks in Sydney over our harbour, there is nothing like it in the world.
What is your NY resolution? I never make them, they always get broken!
What should I be drinking to ring in the new year? BROKEN RESOLUTIONS: an awesome Pale Ale that the team from Young Henry's has brewed especially for our event. It's light, summery, unfiltered and easy drinking we reckon. Because, like rules, resolutions were made to be broken.
Next year will be the year of... Food, food and more food... 2015 has seen some amazing happenings in the Sydney food scene, 2016 is going to up the ante!
What is your hangover cure? Al Green, listening to the reverend just makes everything feel good!
