How long have you been together? About seven years.

How did you all meet? It started after the break-up of Sydney metalcore band Omerata that a couple of us were in. Our guitarist Mark hassled our drummer Dugo to start a band until he said yes. 

You're on tour in the van — which band or artist is going to keep the most people happy if we throw them on the stereo? Queen.

What part do you think Sydney plays in the music you make? To be honest we all came from the suburbs and based ourselves here. I think we'd still be making music but not in the same capacity. 

Is your band responsible for more make-outs or break-ups? Why? People cry when they watch us after they've had a break-up. 

What reality TV show would you enter as a band and why? Probably something to do with food; besides music, that's what we argue about. 

What's in the pipeline for the band in the short term? Launching our new record Departure Songs at Factory Floor on 1 August, followed by a short tour with Brisbane brutal dudes Hope Drone. Tour the world. Cause make-outs and break-ups worldwide.
