Describe your sound: Contemporary folk.
Give us a brief history of yourself and your music: We met studying music on the Sunshine Coast and have been playing, recording, touring, and developing our sound as a contemporary folk duo with a Celtic influence ever since.
Is there a Celtic background in your family history? My mum has somewhat of an obsession with ancestry.com and is forever reminding me of her roots in the UK. Jordan, however, most likely is of a Celtic descent, but doesn't actually know for sure.

Is there one solid definition of Celtic music, or is it a broad church where lots of elements can be incorporated? Celtic music is any music that originates from Celtic countries and traditions. This can come through in many different genres and styles as well as stand alone as its own genre of music.
What album would you offer someone who knew nothing about Celtic music as an introduction and why? Honestly, Ed Sheeran is an awesome artist to listen to if you want to break into Celtic music. He brings his Celtic roots into the pop scene, and obviously it's working.
Do you experience many Celtic Festivals? Do people hold them regularly? We've played at a couple of Celtic festivals in Australia. There are a fair few of them, but they all tend to happen at the same time of year. We suppose this is because being cold feels Celtic.
Do you plan to hang out for the entire festival or only be there for your set? We are hanging around for the whole weekend as we're playing a couple of times. We definitely enjoy wandering around and seeing new things, while exploring new clothing techniques to keep as warm as possible using Queenslanders clothing items.
What day(s) are you playing the festival? 10-12 Jun
