We took a tour of some of Melbourne Festival's Restaurant Partners. Here's a little rundown of what will keep you energised during your festival fun times.
Mesa Verde — Level 6, 252 Swanston St
This Mexican-inspired restaurant and saloon-style bar does an assortment of snacks, including moreish tasty tacos. There's also a sizeable tequila list.

La Vita Buona — City Square, 44-86 Swanston St
We sampled this cosy wine shop, bar and cucina's beautifully balanced bruschetta of prosciutto, semi-dried tomatoes and blue cheese mousse, matched with a negroni.

Pastuso — 19 ACDC Ln
At this Peruvian grill, cevicheria and pisco bar, we were treated to tender swordfish skewers and a fresh new kingfish ceviche dish. We washed it down real easy with pisco sours.

Sake — Hamer Hall
Here we were spoilt by an array of sushi, agedashi tofu, tempura scampi, and stunning oysters, accompanied by delicious umeshu (plum wine) and yuzu.

State Of Grace — 477 Collins Street
We finished off with homemade lemon and coconut marshmallows, chocolate salted caramels and the cinnamon-y Ron de Papi cocktail.
