How did you get into the butcher business? I was offered an apprenticeship after completing work experience in a quality butcher shop.
If you had to choose, what would be your favourite cut of meat and why? Definitely a roast, especially slow cooked, outdoors while entertaining family and friends.

Which bands/artists are you keen to catch at Meatstock? I would love to see as many bands/artists as possible; you can't beat live music.
What else are you looking forward to at Meatstock? Definitely the food vendors, the different types of smokers and barbecues, spices, rubs and sauces — just really looking forward to the whole experience, this should be a great weekend!
