How did you get into the barbecue business? After a few trips to the States I decided to build Bertha (my smoker). Scott, my housemate, and I decided to enter BBQ WARS Port Mac. Now with one more teammate, Brad, we have a Grand Championship and a serious addiction for competition BBQ.

What's your signature dish? Chicken and beef would be our most successful dishes.
