How did you get into the barbecue business? Thanks to a Facebook add and a quick chat in the lunch room, a few work mates and I decided to throw our hat in the ring and make a BBQ team. This will be our first comp together and we look forward to learning a lot at Meatstock.
What's your signature dish? As mentioned above, this will be our first comp. We'll let you know what the signature dish is on the Sunday afternoon when the results are in!
Can you let us in on what you're bringing to the BBQ Wars? There'll be a small army of Kettle Weber BBQs and a GMG Pellet Smoker, plenty of rub, sauce and smoke. Can't wait.

What else are you looking forward to at Meatstock? We're mainly looking forward to seeing how all the other teams roll out their 'Q. We're all looking forward to a fun 'n' tasty weekend.
