How did you get into the barbecue business? I have always loved cooking up BBQs with our family and friends. One day one of my friends commenting on our food said we should be selling this stuff. When I left my manager's job of 12 years I decided to have a go. All About Taste was born!

What's your signature dish? Our signature dish, now that's a tough one. Would be very close between the pulled pork, beef brisket and leg lamb. I'd have to give it to the lamb.

Can you let us in on what you're bringing to the BBQ Wars? A BBQ team that loves food — meat in particular. Meat and loads of it. Fun times; if we didn't enjoy it we wouldn't do it. Oh and did I mention loads of meat!

Which bands/artists are you keen to catch at Meatstock? Henry Wagons. What an entertainer. We seen him at the Port Macquarie BBQ & Blues 2015 and he was sensational. Can't wait to be blessed with his presence yet again!

If you could feed any band/artist playing at Meatstock who would it be and what would you serve them? Henry Wagons and he would get 9+ marble score Wagyu brisket so he wouldn't forget it, just like I can't forget him playing Willie Nelson at Port BBQ & Blues.

What else are you looking forward to at Meatstock? BBQ Wars, Barber Wars, Butcher Wars, some awesome tunes, beers and bourbon, and the aroma of smoke. What more could a person want!
