How did you get into the barbecue business? After visiting Yak Ales BBQ Festival last year we thought we would try and compete this year at Yaks and lo and behold we won Grand Reserve Champion at our first competition.
What's your signature dish? Our signature dish would have to be pulled pork.
Can you let us in on what you're bringing to the BBQ Wars? We are bringing our A-game. After coming off GRC at our last competition we want to show Australia how good we really are.

Which bands/artists are you keen to catch at Meatstock? The Delta Riggs.
If you could feed any band/artist playing at Meatstock who would it be and what would you serve them? It'd have to be The Delta Riggs. I'd serve 'em up my take on the Cuban sandwich.
What else are you looking forward to at Meatstock? Checking out the store holders and trying some other good food from some of Melbourne's best Pit Masters.
