How did you get into the barbecue business? We're in the business of competition BBQ. All the team members are amateur cooks and enjoy the smell of a BBQ smoking away in the backyard. We started competing after a Facebook ad popped up for Meatstock 2016 in Sydney. We entered, we tried, and we're still going, loving it.
What's your signature dish? Our team has taken out 1st place (beef spare ribs + brisket) in the Beef category twice now in competitions, so our confidence is high with the bovine.
Can you let us in on what you're bringing to the BBQ Wars? We've got an eclectic mix of pits heading to this year's BBQ wars. We'll be smoking on Weber Kettles, Backwoods G2 Chubby and the multi award-winning GMG Daniel Boone.

What else are you looking forward to at Meatstock? We're looking forward to catching up with all the other teams. We all love what we do (while being very competitive) and love catching up over a few quiet drinks after the crowds disperse.
