M.WARD has announced a new solo album to be released this April. The folk singer returns to his solo career after spending time working on his side projects, SHE AND HIM (with Zooey Deschanel) and Monsters of Folk.
A Wasteful Companion is a follow up to his last solo album Hold Time in 2009 and sees him work with the likes of Deschanel, Mike Mogis of Monsters of Folk, Sonic Youth’s Steve Shelley among others.
Though M.WARD has tour plans, so far there’s been no mention of a trip to Australia but keep your ears and eyes open!
