Well… why not put a modern experience to those amazingly surreal lyrics. Young Norwegian music producer KYGO succeeds in doing just that as he transforms “Sexual Healing” into an even more exotic track.
The beat starts strong and the song is unidentifiable. A jungle-esq mixture of percussions start to seep in through the track which lifts the mood of the song. Snippets of Gaye’s voice start whilst the steel drums and other exotic sounds play in the background, complementing his uniqueness.
