Slow It Down Now isn't the smooth riff work of Zoo Fly which greets you like a spotty youth of the Brit-pop era but rather a hungover one with all the reverb rumbling throughout. And instead of coming out as a straightforward single Slow It Down Now hides its finer moments; like the bridge which consists of a 70s rock line wrapped in reverb.
