The Black Keys have unleashed their new album El Camino into the world and we are stoked to be launching it thanks to Warner.
It's their seventh studio album and once again these two gawky white boys have achieved what we're pretty sure, judging by the looks of them, they couldn't in high school - music to remove your pants to. With howled vocals over pounding floor toms and stuttered guitar, El Camino is The Black Keys most raunchy endeavour so far. The lack of bass is almost a relief and is probably the only thing stopping the album from sounding like the music score to a spaghetti western themed porn. This album welcomes back the kind of grit and racket that has long been missed since the "rock band" thing became passé with a little sparkle from producer Danger Mouse.
