How did you find out you were nominated for a Carlton Dry Independent Music Award? My friend has the internet and passed on the wonderful news!

What was the last thing you won? A battle with the battery in my guitar pickup. It kept coming unstuck and floating about. But no more. Oh no.

What's been a highlight of your year artistically? Releasing my first solo full length LP!

What does being an independent artist mean to you? Having the freedom to make any and all creative decisions regarding one's art.

How did you finance your last release? Funding and gig cash moolah.

Will you prepare a speech for the awards just in case or fly by the seat of your pants? I most certainly will not prepare anything.
