Irish pub PJ O'Brien's at Southgate on the banks of the Yarra River is holding another St Patrick's Day extravaganza on Thursday.
There will be a line-up of six music acts and Irish dancers and pipers. There will be a Big Irish Breakfast from 8am-11am, with mains from midday including Beef And Guinness Pie, Traditional Irish Stew and Irish Parma (chicken schnitzel with bacon, cheese and McDonnell's curry sauce). If you fancy a drink (of course you do, it's St Pat's Day!) there will naturally be pints of Guinness, plus signature Irish cocktails the Jameson Martini (combining Jameson's Irish Whiskey with Smirnoff Apple Twist, cloudy apple juice and lime) and the Black and Gold (Guinness, Jameson's Caskmates, sugar syrup, lime juice and egg white).
