Having just opened its doors on 22 January, MOLTO Italian is the embodiment of classic Italy in a modern setting.

Headed by Carlo Tosolini, the 130-seat restaurant features sleek interiors, high ceilings, an open kitchen and bar, and a wood-fired oven. The new kitchen team includes Head Chef Giuseppe Pappalardo from Sicily and Roman pizza chef, Giordano Renzetti.

MOLTO Italian celebrates Italian food, wine and culture, with menu items such as hand-cut pappardelle Bolognese, imported mozzarella and burrata straight from Italy, bistecca fiorentina (Florentine steak) and more. Drinks-wise, they have an extensive list of local and international wines, and classic favourites like the Negroni, Aperol Spritz, Americano and Sgroppino. Mangia!

Open Monday to Wednesday for lunch (12 - 3pm) and dinner (6 - 10pm); Thursday to Sunday for lunch (12pm) and dinner until late (11pm).
