Now that Howler has established itself as one of Melbourne's premium gig venues, they're giving back by hosting a mini golf tournament, the Howler Mini Golf-O-Rama. They're turning the whole band space into a nine-hole course that traverses beaches, sand and volcanoes, and of course windmills, so you can act out that scene from Happy Gilmore. They're going for a country club vibe without the dickheads and the dress code and the membership free, which sounds pretty damn good to us.
