Hot Spot: Harpoon Harry

Southern American flavours are set to hit Harpoon Harry on 20 April as Morgan McGlone brings his experience in the kitchens of Sean Brock's Husk in Charleston and Nashville to the re-established Harpoon Harry Dining Room, which he will once again make the heart and soul of the heritage-listed building.

A drinks list built around the menu has been curated by McGlone's good pal James Hird, who has also introduced a Southern style after dinner bourbon trolley which will feature a rare Bourbon from Kentucky, Pappy Van Winkle.
