Hot Spot: Urban Pharoahs - A Taste Of Egypt @ Belleville

On Thursday 29 Oct, Belleville's putting on a night of Egyptian food and dance with an event called A Taste Of Egypt.

Belleville's head chefs and bartenders will be curating an Egyptian-inspired food and cocktail menu, while entertainment will be provided in the form of internationally renowned Egyptian dance group, the Mahmoud Reda troupe, who will be performing a teaser of their full show, which is happening at National Theatre on 31 Oct and 1 Nov (matinee show).

The evening serves as the launch for the Urban Pharoahs Festival (29 Oct — 1 Nov), which is presented by not-for-profit group Art Of The Urban Pharaohs, the Victorian Multicultural Commission, and the Egyptian Consulate of Melbourne. The festival is a celebration of Egyptian performance, film and culture.
