Rosie Fitzgerald of I Know Leopard takes us on a stroll around Summer Hill in Sydney, revealing the secret spots that make her hometown so special.
Sydneysiders (via Adelaide) I KNOW LEOPARD have been building a following for a couple of years, gaining a reputation for producing smooth synth-pop with a big heart. As Triple J favourites and regulars on the live music circuit, I Know Leopard are indisputably on their way.
Their latest single, 'Let Go' is an impressive follow up to their 2016 hit 'Rather Be Lonely'. With a pastel aesthetic, 'Let Go' leans on retro vocal vibes to create something completely contemporary. Its catchy chorus and danceable beat are likely to be stuck in your head for the rest of the day. You can also catch them live throughout September (see dates below.)
I Know Leopard is made up of vocalist Luke, back-up vocalist and violinist Jenny, guitarist Todd and bass player Rosie. Rosie has been kind enough to take us on a tour of her hometown, the adorable Sydney suburb of Summer Hill. Check it all out below, and keep both eyes firmly planted on these guys - they're only just getting started!

SUMMER HILL VILLAGE SQUARE
Comes complete with fountain. It's our little rainbow crossing. Fairy lights, mural and pigeons. Even old Greek men having their weekly chess club.
SUMMER HILL VINNIES
It's a small gold mine. I discovered my Dolce and Gabbana 'Al Pacino' tee and vintage Country Road loafers here. If you're willing to search, it never fails to deliver.
SUMMER HILL FRUIT SHOP
Just look at it. Outstanding fruit and veg, which never disappoint. Was a big supporter of my 2014 fresh flower addiction. Has made an appearance of ABCs 'The Chaser' and Monica Trapaga (who you may remember from Play School from 1990-1998) has shopped here.
EORA GARDENS
An adorable inner west village isn't complete without a cute community garden. I personally can't wait till the Urban Chickens arrive.
HERITAGE COFFEE BREWERS
One step from the station. Always make delicious long blacks and remember my name and order. Laura gives me the insight on top Korean online shopping.
