High Highs Announce Laneway Sideshows

The Australian born Brooklyn band High Highs are coming back home for 2013's Laneway Festival, and will also be playing a couple of sideshows!

Based in Brooklyn, born in Australia – indie pop group HIGH HIGHS are heading back home, having recently announced dates for 2013 Laneway sideshow gigs.

Their harmony-laden, acoustic work and romanticised lyrics bring a traditional folk sound with a modern edge. Fresh off the release of their debut EP, High Highs will be performing indie blog favourite 'Open Season' as well as new tunes including 'Milan', 'In A Dream' and 'Once Around The House'.

Check out our reviews of their latest music videos (HERE and HERE) for a taste of the live show to come – with piano-led electronica and delicate vocals à la Bon Iver.

For a chance to catch an intimate performance while the duo is down under for St Jerome’s Laneway Festival, High Highs will be performing in Melbourne in Sydney with shows at The Toff in Town and Oxford Art Factory.

Tickets are on sale from November 29.
