When did you start making music and why? I have been singing and writing since I was little. I used to busk singing Xmas carols and make a killing! If only the music industry still provided such wealth.
Sum up your musical sound in four words? Dynamic, melancholic, deep, ethereal.
If you could only listen to one album forevermore, what would it be and why? An artist and album that always stands out to me is Nina Simone's Wild Is The Wind. It has the song Four Women on it and reminds me of my mother.
Greatest rock 'n' roll moment of your career to date? It is a future moment and it is definitely going to be playing at Gum Ball, it's such a killer line-up and I am super proud to be included in it.
Why should people come and see your band? It's great to be social, to experience live music and to [be] taken to a (hopefully) deeper place within yourself.
When and where for your next gig? The Django Bar in Marrickville, 21 April. That same weekend I am playing at The Gum Ball Festival.
