When did you start making music and why? I started making music from the age I was old enough to start making music! Young. It's always been my passion.
Sum up your musical sound in four words? Dirty surf rock, baby.
If you could only listen to one album forevermore, what would it be and why? Joan Jett - Album.
Greatest rock'n'roll moment of your career to date? I played a drum solo at Etihad Stadium last year, that was great. There was also a gig that I played where I had a bottle of vodka poured into my mouth during a solo, though. So hard to choose.
Why should people come and see your band? Black Bats are a mix of surf rock and classic Chuck Berry style rock 'n' roll - and that's awesome!
When and where for your next gig? Our next gig is at The Brunswick Hotel on 29 November.
