What will make your venue stand out from all of the rest on offer at Good Beer Week? Enjoy a sour beer journey with some of their finest brews of the renowned Belgian Brewery Rodenbach as they take over the taps. For under $50 you will get to try these fully imported, rare sour beers, all on tap.

Are you selling any special brews for Good Beer Week? Rodenbach Rosso, Rodenbach Grand Cru, Rodenbach Vintage 2013, Rodenbach Caractere Rouge and Rodenbach Foederbier will all be available on tap, which is virtually unheard of in Australia.

Why do you think Australians are starting to favour boutique and craft breweries over mainstream beers? It's quite natural for greater exposure to a wider range of new products to broaden the palette, leading to a greater appreciation for previously untried genres. I, personally, don't buy into the 'boutique' versus 'mainstream' narrative.

What exactly do you think makes a good beer? Most breweries make at least some 'good' beer but, like any product, attention to detail is key in making great beer, as well as the freshness of ingredients, a spark of creativity and a willingness to venture into the unexplored.

When and what are the event(s) you have planned during Good Beer Week? 14 May 4-6pm, Eureka Sours @ Belgian Beer Cafe Melbourne
