What will make your brew stand out from all of the rest on offer at Good Beer Week? Not sure it will stand out as there [are] lots of fantastic beers on over the week. But the quality and flavours will hopefully be a compliment to an already awesome line-up of beers and brewers who are represented

Are you making any special brews for the event? We've done four one-off kegs for our event at Slowbeer, a one off keg with Kaiju! and our Bill Hicks' birthday beer for the Terminus and we have bottles of a tiny batch of Russian Imperial Stout for Carwyn Cellars.

Why do you think Australians are starting to favour boutique and craft breweries over mainstream beers? Australians tend to be fairly passionate about food, wine and coffee and understanding how it's made, complex flavours and aromas. People like sampling things from small producers and I think that beer is the next logical step in that evolution.
