What is it about the venue that makes you want to a run of shows there? Wesley Ann is in a great pocket of Melbourne a stone's throw from home. It is a beautiful building that makes me think about not wanting to hurt my back again moving stones.
Same set every week or mixing it up? I'll be mixing it up for sure. It's nice to challenge your muscle memory for forgotten tunes! That being said I'm sure there will be some that don't escape a repeat.
Any special guests going to make an appearance during your tenure? I'll be joined by David Gatica, a gifted guitarist, friend and ex-neighbour. Aside from Dave perhaps a member from the extended outfit....
Favourite position at the venue when you're not on stage? There are lots of nooks to get comfortable. If it's cold somewhere warm and if it's too bright somewhere in the shadows. If not indoors, out.
When are you in residence? Saturdays in May 6 - 8pm (two sets)
