Field Day 2013 Line Up Announced + Teaser Video

Sydney’s best New Year’s day party has announced a stellar line-up for when it takes over the Domain on January 1, 2013. In previous years, Field Day has been one of the most exciting music festivals presenting great performances on the first day of the new year.

In it’s eleventh year, Field Day has announced performances from countless indie superstars ready to rock the stage and just make attendees –or wannabe attendees- smile until their cheeks turn red. TWO DOOR CINEMA CLUB will stop by before commencing their tour across the country along with MARK RONSON, DISCLOSURE and VAN SHE set to perform awesome sets as well.

THE VACCINES, TOTALLY ENORMOUS EXTINCT DINOSAURS and HOT CHIP will also be performing at Field Day adding to the mixture of acts that have all been booked for the day.

Field Day 2013 shares many similar acts with Falls Festival and Southbound with many bands now playing all three festivals in the coming months. So really if you miss out on one, you can probably still see your favorite acts at another. Many performers also have sideshows commencing in the New Year, so there will be many chances to see everyone you need to in the coming months.
