"I think my strongest ability is to identify great young bands with the potential to break."
Position: Editor at Large, Vice Music
How did you first become involved in the music business? I first started when I was making zines and going to shows at age 14. I started on a professional level much later, freelancing anywhere that would have me until I started full-time at BrooklynVegan.
What's your area of expertise and what experience do you have? I think my strongest ability is to identify great young bands with the potential to break. I have been at the front lines with emerging talent, and attend as many as five shows a week.
What topics will you be mostly talking about at Face The Music? Mostly blogging, writing, social, identifying talent, etc.
