Position: Producer/engineer/mixer
How did you first become involved in the music business? I've always loved music and wanted to be an engineer. I studied Sound at university before heading back to England to get Assistant Engineer role. I also started a 7" record label.
What's your area of expertise and what experience do you have? I work with musicians to help them realise their ideas while adding my own unique style to the songs.
What topics will you be mostly talking about at Face The Music? The difference between using a producer and DIY, or my favourite: a combination of the two. Some tips and tricks for recording. How to get into the industry.
What do you hope to personally take away from Face The Music? Lots of names of great new bands and musicians!
What's one question about the music industry you'd love to have the answer to? Why do Neve pre amps sound so damn good!?
