Ruby BootsPerth muso Ruby Boots is gearing up to release her debut album Solitude tomorrow and theMusic.com.au is excited to play host to an exclusive stream of the LP from today!
The album is an edgy mix of roots, blues, rock and Americana and sees the singer-songwriter, whose real name is Bex Chilcott, capture the ups and downs of real life, according to The Music's Chris Familton, who gave the record four stars.
Solitude features the handywork of some of Chilcott's musical pals including The Waifs' Vicki Thorn, Davey Lane and Lee Jones of The Sleepy Jackson and Eskimo Joe fame.
The record is out officially tomorrow via Lost Highway/Universal so be sure to give it plenty of spins between now and then.
