EXCLUSIVE: Jed Rowe - What I Want & How To Get It

Just weeks before he sets out on a national tour next month, Melbourne folk artist Jed Rowe has just released the new video for his latest track, What I Want & How To Get It which is now being featured exclusively on theMusic.com.au.

The melodic ballad comes straight off Rowe's May-released album, The Last Day Of Winter and the multi-talented instrumentalist's skills are on display again - renowned for his slide guitar playing, Rowe switches to piano to lay down the spacious open chords which underpin the track, while subtle horns round out the arrangement. 

The NSW-born musician shot parts of the video himself while touring in Europe last year during runs in rural Czech Republic and Germany with the intention to paint a bittersweet picture of tour life. 

Rowe will team up with fellow folk act Alison Ferrier for a joint album launch tour, with the first show to kick off on Wednesday, 1 July in Canberra.
