Jurassic Lounge, a weekly event hosted by The Australian Museum over Summer, has fired off to a great start; with so much more planned...
Jurassic Lounge has just kicked off, their first night on Tuesday included performances from Brisbane band YEO and Sydney band CAMDEN. If you're not already in the know, Jurassic Lounge is a weekly event hosted by The Australian Museum over Summer.
We got to some of the gigs last year and a personal favourite had to be the Silent Disco upstairs. There's nothing like bumping and grinding like a motherfucker amongst dinosaur skeletons. Being drunk in a museum adds a whole other level of awesomeness too. We have high hopes this year will be just as interesting.
As well as performances from some exciting emerging bands, the events have a multitude of entertainment options; from Games Rooms filled with retro games and ping pong, to Jurassic Karaoke and Photobooths.
